Possession for the purpose of trafficking, contrary to section 5(2) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.

Youthful offender (28 years), guilty plea, 17 days in residential treatment program prior to sentencing, 0.4 grams cocaine transaction, street level cocaine dealer at the time of her arrest who was selling small quantities of the drug to support her own addiction, “cautiously optimistic” PSR, accessed counselling services upfront.
